Recruitment process

Hansen Technologies is growing and we recruit new employees every year. In the recruitment process it is very important that all candidates are treated with respect. Our recruitment process consists of different elements:

Job application and first interview

HR evaluates all incoming applications and invites the relevant candidates for the first job interview. In the first interview you will meet with HR. The purpose is to:

  • Get a detailed impression of your personal and professional competencies
  • Inform you about the job and company
  • Find out if there is a match between your expectations and qualifications and the job requirements

It is very likely that we will ask for references in case further information is needed.

Second interview

HR selects the best qualified candidates who will be invited for the second interview. In the second interview the candidate will meet the department manager. Here we will go more into details regarding work experience, technical knowledge, education and personal competencies.

Personal feedback

The candidates that attended a job interview will have a personal feedback afterwards. Applicants who have not been invited for a job interview will be informed when the recruiting process has ended.
