Hansen DK awarded growth prize

Yesterday Hansen Denmark won the Gazelle Award at the annual Business Event in Sønderborg.
Every year, Sønderborg Growth Council identifies and announces the fastest growing companies in the area and we were one of five nominated companies. The Gazelle Award goes to the company with highest growth and strongest financial results seen over the past 3 years and we are very proud to have been awarded this prize.
More than 200 local companies have been evaluated in the Gazelle selection.

Last week our annual naviBilling Conference were held in Sønderborg and surroundings. With an exciting and varied programme, we succeeded in bringing together professional keynotes, breakout sessions and networking.

TeleBilling is changing name to Hansen Technologies

One year ago TeleBilling was acquired by the Australian company Hansen Technologies. With the acquisition, TeleBilling became part of a global company and this opened new possibilities for us as a business and for our product naviBilling, that is now entering new markets. From June 1 we will use the Hansen Technologies corporate name.
Over the past years both Hansen Technologies and TeleBilling have been very successful and our businesses have shown strong growth. This positive development is continuing. In Sønderborg and Germany we have grown a lot, and at the moment around 120 employees are working from our Sønderborg office and 7 from our German office - and we are still recruiting.
Hansen Techhnologies as a global business provides software solutions for telco’s, Pay-TV operators and Utilities. Worldwide Hansen Technologies employs more than 600 employees on 14 different locations, and the headquarters of Hansen Technologies is in Melbourne, Australia.

Hansen Technologies acquires TeleBilling

Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Denmark-based TeleBilling A/S, a well-known provider of BSS/OSS solutions to the European telco market, with effect from 12th May 2015.

Hansen powers some of the largest pan-regional DTH broadcasters in the world today, such as DirecTV in Latin America, and MultiChoice in Africa. TeleBilling’s strong telecoms heritage and modular architecture will enable existing Hansen customers to cost effectively introduce additional digital services such as broadband, VOIP, or Mobile, and brings strong CRM and ERP capability into the product mix.
